Data Deletion

You're always in control of the data Cadre holds about you, including anything synced from Threads.

Disconnect a Threads account

In Cadre, go to Settings → Connections and disconnect the account. This immediately revokes Cadre's access token with Meta — we can no longer read or post to that account. Previously synced posts and analytics remain in your Cadre account unless you request full deletion below.

Delete your Cadre account and all data

Email glen@try-cadre.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my data". We will:

• Revoke any connected Threads access tokens.
• Permanently delete your account, connected Threads data, drafts, scheduled posts, and analytics.
• Confirm by email once deletion is complete, within 30 days of your request.

Billing records required for tax/legal compliance may be retained separately by our payment processor, Polar, per their own retention policy.
