Terms of Service
Last updated October 20, 2026
These terms govern your use of Cadre ("Cadre", "we", "us"), a scheduling and analytics tool for Threads creators. By creating an account, you agree to them.
The service
Cadre lets you connect a Threads account, draft and schedule posts (including with AI assistance), and view analytics on your own content. We rely on Meta's Threads API to publish on your behalf and to read account/post data — this only happens for actions you initiate or schedule.
Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract.
- You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You're responsible for the content you draft, schedule, and publish through Cadre.
Acceptable use
Don't use Cadre to post spam, impersonate someone, violate Meta's or Threads' own terms, break the law, or attempt to abuse, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Polar. You can cancel at any time from Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Your content
You own what you create with Cadre. We only use it to provide the service to you (publishing, scheduling, analytics, AI drafting) — not to train third-party models on your content, and not for any purpose beyond running your account.
Third-party platforms
Your use of Threads remains subject to Meta's own terms. We're not responsible for outages, policy changes, or account actions taken by Meta.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time (see Data Deletion). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or Threads' policies.
Disclaimers & liability
Cadre is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above and, where required, notified by email.
